How to sew a duck toy from felt
Felt toys are very interesting and easy to make. In this master class, we will sew a funny duckling.
To create a toy, we need: felt (yellow, red and orange), scissors, a needle and thread, synthetic winterizer, black paint, a sheet of paper and a pen.
We will make a toy according to a template. Therefore, you first need to draw a duck template. This will require a sheet of paper or thin cardboard.

Cut out the template. The scallop is cut off separately from the main figure. We circle the main part on yellow felt with a marker or ballpoint pen. Cut out 2 identical pieces.

To make the duck’s beak, cut out a small square from the orange felt. We cut it diagonally. We sew 2 resulting triangles in place of the beak.

Now let’s make a red felt bow. Cut out the template. Trace it onto felt and cut it out. Separately, cut out the center of the bow from the template. We also circle it on red felt and cut it out. We sew a bow on the neck.

Now we again need orange felt. From it you need to cut 2 parts according to the pattern of the paws. And from the yellow felt you need to cut the bangs. Now we attach the second part to the main part. We place paws between the main parts from below, and insert bangs between the parts from above.
Then we sew the duckling. As we sew, we fill the toy with padding polyester. It needs quite a bit to just make the duck voluminous.

The duckling is almost ready. It remains to make eyes. You can use black paint for this. With the help of a match or a toothpick, we make 2 points in place of the eye.
To make the duckling even more fun, you can apply a little pink blush on the cheeks.

The felt duck is ready! This craft is very simple and quick, so the children will love to make it.
