How to quickly make Santa Claus out of paper
Preparing for the New Year, you should take care not only about decorating the Christmas tree, but also about the New Year’s decor. For example, little Santa Clauses shown in our master class can become an interesting decoration for a festive table. And you can make them with your children.

To create such a New Year’s craft, we will prepare:
- squares of red and white paper;
- glue stick;
- felt-tip pens (red and black).

It is convenient to make such Santa Claus from one-sided red paper. If there is none, you can use the red and white blanks that need to be glued together.

Then we fold the resulting two-color square diagonally (red side up).

We unfold it, after which we bend the lower parts to the outlined middle.

Let’s rotate the Santa Claus blank a little for convenience. Then we bend the bottom corner to the top, they need to be combined.

From the upper bent corner we will make a beard. To do this, we bend it down, but we reach the bottom border of the craft a little.

Let’s make a small lapel cap. To do this, it will be enough to perform a narrow fold of the white part.

It remains to bend the edges of the craft. Here we focus on the sides of the triangular blank. These bent corners can be glued, then our craft will be flat. If they are left free, then Santa Claus can stand.

Let’s make a paper Santa Claus. With a red felt-tip pen, draw his nose.

And with a black felt-tip pen we denote small eyes.

Our paper Santa Claus is ready.
