How to make an origami elephant
When creating children’s crafts, the main thing is to captivate the child with processes. And you can interest him if you explain that as a result you can get a funny little animal. For example, a pink elephant can be folded out of paper using the origami technique. In our master class, the manufacture of just such a craft is shown.

To create an elephant, we will prepare:
- a square of pink paper;
- a pair of plastic decorative eyes;
- black marker.

First, we must bend the pink square diagonally.

After that, we straighten the blank of the future elephant, and bend one side to the middle, thus forming a triangle.

Then on the other side you need to make the same triangular fold.

Fold the small triangle on the right side to the left.

After that, bend the same part to the right, forming a small fold. So we create the back of the elephant.

Let’s turn the elephant blank to the other side.

Fold the left corner to the right. So we started to create the trunk of our elephant.

The same part should be bent to the right with the simultaneous formation of a small fold.

Now the blank of the future elephant needs to be turned to the other side.

We fold our pink blank in half lengthwise.

Fold the left side up.

Due to the intended folds, we can make an inner fold, which will allow us to distinguish between the torso and head of our paper elephant.

Now let’s take a closer look at the trunk. To do this, bend its tip down.

Next, in this place we will make an inner fold.

Then we will perform another bend of the trunk, this time we will bend it up.

Finally, make a slight bend at the very tip.

Now we can form the ears of our elephant. To do this, we will first fold on one side.

After we turn the blank of the elephant and bend the second ear.

It remains to glue the plastic eyes.

For greater expressiveness of the eyes, draw the eyebrows with a black felt-tip pen. Our paper elephant is ready.
