How to make a toy for a Christmas tree from foamiran

On the eve of each New Year, most people go to the shops to buy new Christmas decorations.
And someone sits down to make them on their own. It is for them that our master class on creating New Year crafts from foamiran.

To make such a toy, we prepared:

  • pink foamiran with sparkles;
  • scissors;
  • toothpick;
  • sheet of white paper;
  • pencil;
  • glue gun.

Before creating such a New Year’s craft, we must complete a paper template. Therefore, we take a white sheet and draw on it an element that looks like a petal. Let’s cut it out. Now this paper template needs to be attached to the back of the foamiran. We circle its contour with a toothpick, slightly pressing on the material.

After that, cut out. In total, we need to prepare 5 such blanks from pink foamiran.

Next, we will use a glue gun, since each workpiece needs to be given a certain shape. First, bend up the lower part of the pink element.

After that, the bent lower part is folded in half and glued.

We do the same with the remaining blanks from foamiran.

Now we need additional parts for our toy. These will be 2 circles of different sizes, cut out of pink foamiran.

A larger circle is needed for the base of our craft, on which we will glue elements that look like petals.

Distribute evenly in a circle and fix all 5 blanks with hot glue.

It remains to add the middle. To do this, glue a pre-cut circle in the center. Our foamiran Christmas tree toy is ready. It remains only to add a thread to it.
