How to make a postcard with a voluminous snowman
All children are waiting for surprises from Santa Claus in the New Year. But they not only receive gifts, but they themselves can do nice things for their loved ones. For example, a child will be able to make a greeting card according to our master class. And a voluminous snowman will decorate this New Year’s craft.
To make a New Year’s card, take:
- blue, gray, red, white, brown, orange paper;
- scissors;
- figured hole punch (snowflake);
- glue stick;
- black marker.
Our voluminous snowman will be made from one blank, which we cut out of white paper in the form of an elongated trapezoid.
Then we bend this trapezoid in the middle, next we make another fold. Also, small folds need to be made at the top and bottom of the workpiece.
We will glue this blank on a sheet of blue paper folded in half. To do this, glue should be applied to all folds on the wrong side of the white workpiece. Such a basis for a snowman should turn out.
Now let’s start adding details to our craft. Cut out a triangle from orange paper, it will become the nose of the snowman.
We will make a hat for him from gray paper. To do this, cut out a semicircle, which will be the base of the hat, and make the main part in the form of a cylinder (glue the rectangle).
We fix these details on the head of the snowman.
We will make a scarf from a narrow strip of red paper.From one edge we will make frequent cuts, this will be the fringe of the scarf.
The hands of the snowman will be thin stripes cut out of brown paper.
With a black felt-tip pen, draw eyes and buttons.
