How to make a paper bookmark in the form of an elephant
From a simple sheet of paper, you can make an original bookmark for books in the form of an elephant. And the whole process of creating such crafts with step-by-step photographs is shown in this master class.
To make such a bookmark, we took:
- sheet of blue paper;
- scissors;
- black marker;
- some white paper;
- glue.
First, we need to cut out a square from blue paper, in our case, its side is 14 cm.
Fold the square diagonally.
Then we bend the top of the resulting triangle (only the top layer) down.
We bend the right corner (both layers) to the left side.
We bend the left corner of the triangle towards.
We bend the side corners to the sides.
Now we will bend them again, but this time up.
After that, we tuck the folded corner inward.
We do the same with the left corner. The basis of our craft is ready.
Let’s do the details next. Cut out a trunk from blue paper.
We make a blank for the ears of an elephant. To do this, fold a sheet of paper in half, and then cut out the contour of the ear.
We cut the workpiece in half, we got 2 ears.
We will decorate these details with a black felt-tip pen.
Glue the ears and trunk onto the bookmark blank.
It remains to glue the eyes.
