How to make a bookmark for books in the form of a dress – a master class with step-by-step photos for children, parents and teachers

Master class with a step-by-step photo “How to make a bookmark for books in the form of a dress.” Making interesting light crafts with your own hands for children, parents, teachers and educators, for school and kindergarten.

How to make a bookmark for books in the form of a dress

In this master class, we propose to make a simple bookmark-corner for books in the form of a dress.

To make such a bookmark, we took:

  • paper square;
  • scissors.

The dress in our craft will be red, so we use the appropriate paper. We took a square of red paper with a side of 17 cm. We will bend it diagonally.

The result is an equilateral triangle. He needs to bend up first the right corner.

Then we bend the left corner there.

Let’s turn away these just bent corners, after which we grab the top layer of the top and bend it down.

We fill the side corners inward.

Let’s expand the blank of our bookmark.

Let’s fold it in half.

Now we will form a dress from it. For this we will use scissors. It is required to cut the bottom edge, making it semicircular. In this case, it is important not to touch the middle part of the workpiece (you do not need to cut through here, all the folds should remain).

Then we will form the upper part of the dress. To do this, make a small semicircular cut from above.

The next cut will be final. We previously marked it with a pencil.

Cut out with scissors in this place, so we form the middle part of the dress.

We got such a bookmark in the form of a dress.
