How to make a deer bookmark
The process of reading is often so captivating that you do not want to be interrupted. But rest for the eyes is needed, and in order not to forget the place where you stopped, you can use the bookmark. It can be simple in the form of a strip of paper, or it can be original. For example, made in the form of a deer. It is this option that is offered in our master class.

To make such a bookmark, we prepared:
- brown paper;
- small pieces of white and red paper;
- brown cardboard;
- scissors;
- black marker;
- glue.

The main blank for the future bookmark will be a square cut out of brown paper. In our case, we prepared it with a side of 12.5 cm. Fold the brown square diagonally.

Now you need to take the top corner from the top layer and bend down (to the middle of the base).

Next, we will bend the side corners. First, take the right corner and bend it to the left.

After that, similarly bend the left corner towards.

With the help of these folds, we outlined the lines that will allow us to tuck these corners inward. We do this first on the right side.

Then you need to fill in and the left corner. Our bookmark is ready.

Next, we will decorate it and make the muzzle of a deer. First, use red paper, cut out a small corner and glue it, this will be the deer’s nose.

After that, cut out small circles from white paper, draw pupils with a black marker, glue the eyes.

It remains to complete the deer antlers. To do this, use brown cardboard, cut out a couple of horns from it.

Glue them to the wrong side of the workpiece.

Our bookmark in the form of a deer is ready.
