How to draw an airplane in watercolor
Children love to draw. Boys most often draw cars, equipment and everything connected with it. And this master class will help you draw an airplane in watercolor.
To draw a sketch, we need: watercolor paper, watercolor, brush, water, pencil, eraser.
First, draw the base of the aircraft with a pencil.

We draw further the chassis and the pipe under the wing.

And then we draw portholes. Erase the extra lines with an eraser.

We take blue watercolor and dilute it liberally with water to get a very light shade of paint.
We paint the plane. We do not paint over only the chassis and the tube under the wing.

On the wings of the aircraft along its lower part, on the tail and in the area of the windows, paint with a darker shade of blue, indicating the shadows.

Let’s add more blue paint on the bottom. And also take a little black watercolor and apply it to the part where an angle forms between the body of the aircraft and its wing. So we showed the connection of the wing with the plane and made the shadow stronger.

We paint the chassis. We paint the inner part with blue paint, and the outer part with light blue watercolor, diluting it with water more strongly. We put dots right in the middle of the wheel with black watercolor.

We color the pipe under the wing of the aircraft. First, we strongly dilute the blue paint with water and it turns out to be light. We color the pipe with this shade. And from below we add a shadow, that is, we apply a deeper blue tint.

Let’s make the inside of the pipe black. We pass along the contour of the black circle with blue paint. On the left, we leave a little light space. So the pipe turns out to be voluminous.

Let’s get to the windows. We paint them with dark blue watercolor.
And let it dry.

Then, with black watercolor, we more carefully draw the portholes (windows).

And then we’ll work with highlights. Let’s take a white watercolor brush. And we will make a few strokes in different places on the plane itself. So we showed that it is metal. And we make glare in the windows.

With blue watercolor thin lines outline the plane along the contour.

Fill the background with clouds. Just randomly draw clouds in watercolor.
