Crafts for Halloween. Surprise Paper Pumpkin Bag
The Halloween holiday in our country began to be celebrated relatively recently. And the kids love it the most. Therefore, please your child by doing joint preparation for this holiday. For example, make a funny paper pumpkin with him, in which you can put some kind of surprise.
To make such a pumpkin, we prepared:
- orange and green paper;
- small pieces of black and white paper;
- glue;
- ruler;
- compass;
- pencil;
- scissors.
The basis of our craft will be circles cut out of orange paper. In our case, you will need to prepare 3 such circles with a diameter of 15 cm. If desired, such a craft can be made smaller or larger.
Fold these circles in half.
Now you can start gluing the bag. To do this, first apply glue to the bottom of one of the blanks, and then glue the second part. This is how we should be able to.
Then, with the help of glue, we fix the third orange blank. Be sure to glue it in the center so that the side parts are fixed to each other.
For the upper part of the craft, we need a green circle of the same diameter (15 cm).
Fold it in half.
Now let’s make an imitation of a sepal. To do this, we make cuts on the front half with scissors.
We apply glue to the back half of the green circle and glue the orange blank.
We lower the front half down, and cut off the protruding parts on the sides with scissors.
It remains to draw the muzzle of our pumpkin. We cut out a couple of circles from black paper, these will be the eyes. We also make a mouth and nose. Glue all these details on our pumpkin. For expressiveness of the eyes, add small circles cut out of white paper.
Our pumpkin paper bag is ready. You can put a candy or other treat in it, which will be a surprise for the child for this holiday.
